English Language Worship Service

English-language worship service of St. Anne’s Evangelical Lutheran Church meets each Sunday at 9:30a.m. on Kirochnaya St.  #8b.  This city-center location is just 5 minutes walk from Chernyshevskaya subway station (Red line). Along Liteyniy Prospect you can step out of Bus #46 at Liteyniy – Kirochnaya intersection, and it’s a 100-meter walk from there.  To enter the church-yard by car, you’ll need to call 8(952) 395-5341 if the gate is locked.

Take the grand staircase to the 2nd floor chapel.

The Ingrian Lutherans asked Leif Camp to begin English language Worship in 2004, who is the pastor and preacher of the Word.  Since 2017 Charles Cortright shares in conducting the worship services, as well as Lutheran seminary student Vladimir.

Tourist groups and city guests find our central location and early morning service a convenient opportunity to receive some spiritual refreshment before a day of exploring our beautiful city. You’ll find the building in a unique state of repair – the chapel room where we worship on the second floor is one of the few spaces repaired since a total fire in 2012. Our congregation moved to this location in 2015 following moves from previous premises at St. Michael’s and St. Mary’s.

You are all most welcome to worship with us!
